I don't know anything about AI. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You know your business and we know the tech. Just tell us what's annoying, and we'll work out the rest.
Will this replace my staff?
It replaces tasks, not people. The aim is to take the dull, repetitive bits away so your team can spend time on the work that needs a human.
Is my data safe?
Privacy is designed in from the start. The AI only sees what it needs, data stays in your own accounts where possible, and we can use UK/EU-hosted providers, servers in your own region, or local models.
What tools do you use?
We don't have a favourite tool. We pick the best one for the job. That usually means custom workflows built in C#/.NET, Python, Node.js or Rust, with the right database behind them, running on Azure, AWS or your own servers. The AI part can be GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or local models. And we never lock you into one provider. Nobody knows where AI goes next, and today's best model could be beaten next month, so we build things that can switch easily. AI changes fast, and so do we.
What if it breaks?
Everything we build logs what it does and alerts someone when it fails. We can look after it for you, or hand it over with documentation so your team can run it.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We're based in London and work with clients anywhere: the US, Europe, Asia and beyond. Everything runs over video calls, shared documents and regular written updates, and we book calls at times that suit your time zone. If your data needs to stay in your country or region, we can host your automation there. Support continues outside London hours, and we can quote and invoice in GBP, EUR or USD.
